As Entitlements Manager, Mr. Frazier is responsible for all aspects of the pre-development phase for projects requiring rezoning and engineering. With a robust background in residential lot development, Mr. Frazier facilitated approvals for 3,000+ lots in 2024 alone for one of the nation’s largest home builders. Mr. Frazier excels in estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and all aspects of design management that bring tremendous value to the Trilogy development team. He received his bachelor’s in business administration in Management from the University of West Georgia. When not working, he spends his time with his son and his fiancé.
