Alina manages development and construction accounting for Trilogy’s active and upcoming projects, preparing monthly financials across various ownership structures, lender reporting packages, including bank reconciliations, treasury management. She supports project management teams throughout all phases of development by overseeing cost activity, budgets, loan draws, Pay Apps.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Alina worked for more than a decade in real estate, development, construction, and fund accounting across multifamily, single-family, commercial, industrial, and mixed- use portfolios. Her experience includes managing multi-entity structures, consolidated reporting, capital operations, financial controls for active developments and stabilized assets. Alina has led processes for acquisitions, refinances, Equity contributions/distributions, JV allocations, reserve administration, year-end audit/compliance reporting within Yardi. Alina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Accounting.
