Mr. Freeman has over 39 years of Real Estate development experience, as well as a passion for sports and for building venues that create lifetime memories. Mr. Freeman is the visionary of Competitive Social Ventures which began with Roaring Social Alpharetta and quickly grew into Fairway Social and Pickle & Social. He views Competitive Social Ventures growing into a portfolio of “Social” brands across the Southeastern United States, with each individual venue having its own local influence. Throughout his career, he has developed 52 Publix-anchored shopping centers, and he was the developer of the $100-million LakePoint Sports complex that hosts over 1,000,000 visitors per year.
Mr. Jackson founded Geared Ventures in 2013 to pursue opportunistic multifamily, industrial, and development projects in the US and Mexico. Previously a Principal with Highridge Partners, Mr. Jackson created and managed joint venture and direct investments in commercial real estate, including Class-A Office, Multifamily Tax Credit, Self-Storage, and Land Development with investment in excess of $2.0B.
Prior to joining Highridge, Mr. Jackson co-founded and ran a venture capital backed firm focused on the consumer satellite industry. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Jackson began his career as an accountant and consultant with Deloitte & Touche’s Real Estate practice and the Walt Disney Company.
Mr. Jackson has an undergraduate degree in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
Mr. Lozano founded Zeiba in 2005 to pursue opportunistic real estate developments and investments. The firm has current investments in condominium developments mostly in the Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta area in Mexico as well as in San Francisco and Sonoma CA.
Since 2015, Mr. Lozano has also been a partner and member of the Investment Committee of Green Water Investments, a multifamily value add platform that acquires, renovates, stabilizes and sells multifamily Class B&C assets in the sunbelt region having turn around close to 10,000 units.
From 2012 to 2015 Mr. Lozano was a Principal with The Rohatyn Group /BK Partners in the Balam Fund where we helped to raise a $200M fund with institutional investors, mainly development banks, to invest in renewable energy in Mexico.
