Eyal Livnat
Eyal Livnat brings more than 35 years of development experience to our Development Advisory team. Rooted in Israel and professionally forged across the Southeast, Eyal—known to colleagues and partners as “Al”—has built a long-standing reputation as a thoughtful, disciplined, and prolific real estate developer.
Throughout his career, Al has been closely involved in the full lifecycle of development, combining global perspective with deep regional expertise. His background allows him to approach projects with both strategic rigor and practical insight, making him a valued advisor on complex development initiatives.
As a member of our Development Advisory team, Al contributes seasoned judgment, institutional knowledge, and a steady hand shaped by decades of hands-on experience in the Southeast development market.

Mark Gary
Mark has spent a nearly 30-year professional career successfully navigating through various aspects of real estate development and operations. He is a former Managing Member of Noble Village Senior Living which developed and operated senior living communities primarily within the greater Atlanta metro area. NVSL successfully financed, developed, operated and subsequently sold seasoned communities to institutional investors.
In recent years through several related single purpose entities, Mark has successfully developed and led a significant number of residential lot communities within Georgia and portions of Southeastern US. His varied experiences contribute to a broad understanding of carefully navigating between the opportunities and perils of changing real estate markets. This would include without limitation economic cycles, acquisition and development financing, in addition to project and operations oversight. His experiences include land entitlements, design/engineering, horizontal and vertical construction and marketing efforts for leased and for-sale communities. To date, Mark has successfully exited over $300 million of balance sheet developed properties.
Mark is currently the Managing Member of Seed Capital Investments, LLC and other related companies. He’s a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with minors in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Marketing. He serves as a private investor within the startup business community, helping companies from ideation through exit strategy and recapitalization.

Franscico Lozano
Mr. Lozano founded Zeiba in 2005 to pursue opportunistic real estate developments and investments. The firm has current investments in condominium developments mostly in the Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta area in Mexico as well as in San Francisco and Sonoma CA.
Since 2015, Mr. Lozano has also been a partner and member of the Investment Committee of Green Water Investments, a multifamily value add platform that acquires, renovates, stabilizes and sells multifamily Class B&C assets in the sunbelt region having turn around close to 10,000 units.

Hugh Jackson
Mr. Jackson founded Geared Ventures in 2013 to pursue opportunistic multifamily, industrial, and development projects in the US and Mexico. Previously a Principal with Highridge Partners, Mr. Jackson created and managed joint venture and direct investments in commercial real estate, including Class-A Office, Multifamily Tax Credit, Self-Storage, and Land Development with investment in excess of $2.0B.
Prior to joining Highridge, Mr. Jackson co-founded and ran a venture capital backed firm focused on the consumer satellite industry. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Jackson began his career as an accountant and consultant with Deloitte & Touche’s Real Estate practice and the Walt Disney Company.
Mr. Jackson has an undergraduate degree in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Javier Barrilero
Javier Barrilero is an international real estate and private equity investor with a global
perspective shaped by his Spanish roots and extensive crossborder investment
experience. A native of Spain, Javier is now based in Dallas, Texas, where he actively
invests across diverse asset classes and markets. In addition to his investment work, he
is deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting initiatives that create lasting social and
economic impact. Known for his strategic insight and longterm approach, Javier brings a
thoughtful, value-driven mindset to every venture he undertakes.

Liel Manoah
Liel Manoah is a real estate investor and developer with a proven track record across residential development, value-add acquisitions, and sophisticated capital structuring in the U.S. market. He operates a real estate platform with active projects and investments across the Southeastern United States, overseeing aggregate annual transaction volume exceeding eight figures.
Prior to his business career, Liel served three years as a combat officer and navy diver in the Israeli Defense Forces, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant, an experience that shaped his leadership philosophy, decisiveness, and operational rigor.
Liel studied law and completed the Israeli Bar Exam, bringing a disciplined, detail- oriented mindset to underwriting, structuring, and risk management. His legal training informs of execution—from acquisition and financing to governance and investor alignment—allowing him to navigate complex transactions with institutional precision while maintaining an entrepreneurial edge.
With deep personal and professional ties to Israel, Liel maintains strong relationships with international private capital, family offices, and strategic investors, serving as a trusted bridge between Israeli capital and U.S. real estate opportunities. His approach is defined by discretion, transparency, and long-term value creation—building enduring assets and trusted partnerships.

Patricio Madrazo
Patricio Madrazo is Co-Founder and Chairman of San Miguel Group, a nationally and internationally recognized food and real estate company rooted in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Founded in 1967, the group is known for high-quality, responsibly produced food built on sustainable, nature-respecting practices known internally as the “Golden Circle.”
With more than 30 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience, Patricio has led vertically integrated food operations spanning open-field and hydroponic farming and multiple industrial production facilities, helping grow the San Miguel brand into a national leader in specialty and Mexican food categories with an expanding international footprint.
He also serves as President and CEO of San Miguel Grupo Inmobiliario, one of the leading developers of gated residential communities in San Miguel de Allende. Over the past decade, the group has developed more than 2,000 homes and has twice been recognized nationally as Best Housing Developer.
Patricio is a former President and current Vice President of CANAINCA, Mexico’s National Food Association, and serves on several nonprofit boards focused on building stronger, more sustainable communities. He holds a degree in Public Accounting from ITAM and an MBA from IPADE, and together with his brothers has grown Grupo San Miguel into a diversified organization employing more than 2,000 people.
